AFNORTH US Elementary's 2025-2026 Re-Registration is Now Open!
Re-registration must be completed by ALL families, even if your family has plans to PCS or re-enroll. DEADLINE: April 1, 2025

A few tips to ensure success:
• Please ensure you are using the "Current Student Re- Registration" section in the Family Portal.
• Expired or expiring orders? Upload documents on the documents tab as part of the reregistration process (i.e. new orders, extensions, etc.).
• Update only information that has changed since last school year.
• Be sure to review and update au necessary contact information for all contacts. You will also be able to indicate whether an emergency contact should be added or removed.
NOTE:
If the student is enrolled on a space available basis, the school will contact you for additional requirements. Re-registration is not confirmation that space is available for the next school year.
It is also recommended to use a laptop or computer when using Aspen to re-register to ensure that the registration process goes smoothly.

If your child will be absent or requires a transportation change, please send an email to afno.attendance@dodea.edu & the homeroom teacher.

In the subject line, please include the child's full name and specify ES or MS/HS.
 In the email, please include the following:
• Student's full name (no nicknames please)
• Date of absence(s) / transportation change
• Reason for the absence (attendance emails only)

The email reminders regarding low balance lunch funds are not automatically generated.Â
The email is a courtesy sent by our office staff. While we try our very best to notify parents right away, it is the parent’s responsibility to check the lunch account funds.

Please check in at the front office when volunteering for the school or dropping off belongings for your child.Â
All classroom visits require an appointment with the teacher.

All students may enter the school campus as early as 8:40 am. Â
Drop off before this time is not permitted as supervision is not provided. Â
Please note that students may not be sent to the office at dismissal to wait for their parents due to appointments or meetings. Â
We kindly ask that you make the proper arrangements for your children. Â
