Mr. Bereziouk's Class Plants a Tree!
Apr 17 2026 — The Trees of Peace and Kindness Project began earlier this year as part of Science Studies, when students collected seeds and carefully observed them sprout and grow. What started as a hands-on exploration of plant life gradually evolved into a meaningful legacy project centered on peace, kindness, and community. Today, that journey came full circle as students planted these trees together—creating a lasting symbol of growth, care, and shared responsibility for the future.
A group photo shows the class with the teacher holding a plaque that one of the parents made.
Students also created original recipes to cook peace and kindness. One example reads, "1 Gallon of peace, 5 ml of kindness, 4 gallons of laughter, 5 cups of joy, and 4 tablespoons of patience. First we mix 1 gallon of peace and 5ml of kindness. Then we add all of the patience and heat it until it starts to bubble. Dump in the rest of the ingredients. then you would make a kindness cake. If we follow this recipe, everyday kindness will follow you forever."

Another photo shows the plaque that a parent purchased for this event. It reads, "Kindness, like a tree, requires effort and nurture to grow."
